INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer worldwide shipping. International shipping prices vary by country and the weight of your order. For international orders that have been in transit for over 20 days, please contact your local customs office to see if the package is available for pickup or has been held due to customs fees. Customers are responsible for all import duties and customs fees. 

PACKAGES RETURNED TO SENDER

Once a package has been returned to us due to various issues, we will contact you to organize a new delivery. If you do not respond to our email within 30 days, your order is Null, Void, and Cancelled. 

TRACKING

Once you received shipping confirmation please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. You can track your order on our website at the top of the page in the header section. Once an order has left our facility we are no longer liable and have no control over it. If you have any questions or concerns you will need to contact the courier directly.
